It would be zero stars if it was an option. I can not believe the workmanship I received from this place. I asked why the issues with the car hadn't been spotted, one of those being the windscreen washers don't work to which I was told the mechanic has ticked they work and have been checked. They removed the back seat and couldn't fit it back in properly you can put your fist between the seat and the car. They installed the parcel tray backward, it was pretty easy to tell it wasn't right. They left greasy fingerprints all over the car. After talking to them about these issues I was told that I should have inspected the car before leaving. Didn't realise at the time that I couldn't trust them and had to double check their work. I was then told that it wouldn't matter where I took the car I would have pulled the same thing. Funny how I have been getting it serviced at Toyota and not had an issue.
