Jason from AMM was excellent. He was easy to deal with, explained things well and gave clear advice. Jason took me through what he was going to do for the service, the issues he identified as he carried it out and the solutions that were available. I felt that he was honest and straight-talking about the issues identified. Jason was also clearly passionate about his work and took pride and care in doing it - this is exactly what car owners want to see and feel from a mechanic. The pricing was transparent and clear - it was also I felt good value given other quotes I'd received for the same work. I am glad I took the opportunity to use an independent, small business rather than a large corporatised workshop where the care factor is perhaps not the same. As a result of the service, the radiator was identified to be likely leaking and Jason came back a few days later to address that issue - again with the same attention to detail, clarity in solutions / proposed action and providing clear advice, not to mention workmanship.
