I would give a 5-star rating to Fixed Price Car Service , but 2 star for NRMA Motor Serve Wollongong. Once I booked the fixed MotorServe at a special price online, I received a confirmation email and message. However, I was asked to change the confirmed dates from Monday to Thursday. The same fixed price $134 with a $75 of discount was confirmed including my initial selecting of free drop off and free car wash. However, when we delivered the car on Thursday, we were asked to pay the normal price $209.
