We always attempt to resolve our customers issues at the earliest convenience and I'm sorry we could not do that for you on this occasion. Unfortunately, your car was booked in for a service only and the issue was only brought to our attention when your father dropped the car in. We did have a look at it whilst the car was here but could not find any obvious causes and reported that it would need further diagnosis which would require more time and attention. Again, I apologise that we could not sort it out on the day. As a side note, after further monitoring your father did phone back and book it in for the diagnosis.
