In general, the workshop manager was knowledgeable and helpful. However, I felt I was slightly mislead when it came to pricing of additional repairs (on top of my service) as I only found out upon paying that everything he had quoted me was 'excluding' GST. I also felt that the additional repairs were far too expensive (i.e. $99 for 2x front wipers, $44 to remove a nail from tyre, $66 for coolant system flush, $66 for coolant/anti -freeze, $1,331 to replace water pump & timing belt). All up, I was out of pocket over $2k, which I don't think was good value for money (and far more than I expected to pay!). ... view more
