I didn’t click on good as a rating. I knew what the issue was and wanted it fixed but on the day and was told I’d receive a diagnosis. Despite having prepaid, I called to question this process and was told this is how it works. The guy came and waited on the phone for about 30 minutes to find a part to solve the problem. I told him it was initially. Hugely over quoted to remedy the issue so said no deal for further service.
