Why does Hyundai Getz power steering fluid need to be replaced?

After getting a quote for repairs from a Hyundai dealer, I rang around for some comparison. ABC Tyrepower and Mechanical were over $350 cheaper. The work was completed the next day, and also included a tyre rotation as well as checking and adjusting tyre pressure (which had apparently been completed by the Hyundai dealer the day earlier, but was still "all over the place"). Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service received and would recommend ABC for any mechanical work.
