Yes. For logbook services, the service provider will sign and stamp your logbook to meet manufacturer requirements. If the service provider has not stamped your logbook, please contact them directly to arrange a time for them to stamp your logbook.

If you booked through AutoGuru and your booking has been confirmed, you can reschedule to a new date or time. Simply click the 'manage my booking' link on your booking confirmation email. If you need help email contactus@autoguru.com.au. If you cancel or don't show up and don't reschedule (and you have prepaid in advance), a $20 cancellation fee will apply.

If you’ve booked with a workshop, the service provider will usually require your vehicle for the entire day due to scheduling. If you’ve booked with a mobile provider, you will only be without your vehicle for the time it takes to complete the job. Find out more

Why do Mercedes-Benz CLC-Class wiper blades get replaced?

The reason you can clear rain and dirt off your Mercedes-Benz CLC-Class's windscreen is due simply to your car’s wiper blades.

Mercedes-Benz CLC-Class wiper blades will need to be replaced over time thanks to damaging environmental conditions. Due to the composition of windscreen wipers, they do wear out fairly quickly. They need to be soft enough to act as a squeegee against a window and glide effortlessly while also strong enough to handle the weather and dirt and grime that ends up on the car.

Eventually, the wipers will give you a warning they are no longer operating effectively. If you end up with streaks instead of clear glass or they make a horrible noise and jump around instead of glide then it's time to replace the wiper blades.

Most importantly it's a legal requirement to have wipers that work. If you're unable to see clearly out of your Mercedes-Benz CLC-Class then you may get fined and ordered off the road.
