I was quoted for a logbook service, only to receive a 'minor' service and expected to pay for the quoted amount. I pointed out that they had checked-off "minor" under 'service type' on my service sheet/receipt, and asked to see an itemised list of exactly what was completed. They claimed there was no logbook in my car, until I showed them the logbook. Then they claimed they had completed logbook service checklist from AutoGuru, and that it is different to my vehicle's logbook requirements - ok fair enough. I then asked them to show me AutoGuru's logbook checklist that they used, to which I was told "It's on the internet". I replied "You just claimed to have completed a logbook service as per AutoGuru's checklist - surely you must have one somewhere around here? Otherwise - how are you sure you completed it?" This ensued a scramble for them to try and locate/obtain one. After about 5 minutes, they asked me if I could send them the checklist - to which I did. I then sat around their reception area for another 75 minutes, waiting for them to "double-check" on my vehicle that everything was done. My logbook was never signed. I was told I would get an itemised list of what was completed the next day - to which I'm still waiting on a week later. I absolutely do NOT recommend RR Automotive, and would rather pay more money elsewhere, knowing that I'm not going to try and be obviously fleeced. ... view more
