My husband dropped off, picked up the car and paid for the service. The original quotes regarding the standard Logbook Service - 182000 kms / 84 months was $1,255.60 (including GST). However, the actual bill for these standard parts and Labour is $1487.45 ($1352.23 plus GST). I wouldn't argue the rest of the bill as those extra parts and Labour service were authorized by my husband over the phone. But I did feel frustrated that they didn't stick to their quotes for those standard services. ... view more

Hi Angie, thanks for your feedback. When we inspect a car for service there are often other items that are required and found upon inspection. This is because during logbook servicing there are checks and inspections that are required to determine serviceability of some components.
