The service was incomplete and not as per log book as booked. I rate the service as poor. It was NOT a complete logbook service. In a logbook service, the following should have been included: Wheel balance should be included at no extra cost; transmission oils should have been changed; brake fluid should have been changed; all grease nipples should have been greased - tie rod ends not greased; propellor shaft bolts should have been checked; front and rear wheel bearing grease should have been replaced; no mention of water sediment filter in service report - should be checked; and parking brake should be adjusted. Other faults: leaves in intercooler; air filter claimed as replaced but original filthy one in place; and leaves in air cleaner chamber. I have photos available to be sent. ... view more

Thank you for your review. I'm disappointed that your experience with our workshop was not to your satisfaction. You had confirmed on the Auto Guru website a booking for a 70,000 km Toyota Landcruiser Logbook Service which is exactly what we carried out. This was confirmed via email from Auto Guru and again confirmed on the day when dropping the vehicle off. On pick up you outlined that you had booked in for an 80,000 km service which is a major interval at a much higher cost. Unfortunately we followed the instructions as per the booking made online which was for a minor 70K interval. We called you the next day after learning of the your dissatisfaction and offered to remedy at our own cost which we had no obligation to do. I feel our workshop went above and beyond to try and remedy the misunderstanding and appease the situation. We ALWAYS follow the instructions on each booking to the exact requirements as per the manufactures specification. I apologise that our service didn't meet your standard on this occasion.
