I had some concerns about the quality of service I received on the 7th Jan on my VW Jetta. The issues are: A fault light appeared immediately the following day on the dash telling me an engine emission detector had a fault. I brought the car back in and it turned out an air hose on the harness was not properly installed and was leaking air.- The engine oil was below the low level and hadn't been properly topped up. When it was filled it was with a generic black drum which I'm not sure is the specific oil for my engine.- There was other plastic fittings in the engine bay not put back together properly and sitting loose. - The engine bay was dirty and hadn't been cleaned and the car was dirty and it wasn't until it was pointed out I was offered a complimentary wash.- The front seat was left with stains as no protector was used for the dirty staff who serviced the vehicle. The service log book was not correctly filled in with all checks ticked in the book- The service sticker was installed with incorrect dates of 6 months instead of 12 and 10000km instead of 15000km which is standard for my vehicle. I feel like I may find more faults later and didn't get my moneys worth when I paid $810 for the full logbook service with extras. ... view more
