I am servicing my car for the last 4 yrs with Total Nissan. But I am not happy with the service for the first time yesterday. I used to get a call if anything needed to be fixed as there were some issues with the car which I had mentioned. But I didn’t get any call and my car was ready for pick up with lots of recommendations to be done. Also, I had booked my booking online and this was my 3rd or 4th attempt to book Total Nissan but due to no loan car availability, I had to cancel my booking. On my last attempt, I got an email that the booking is confirmed with loan car but when my wife went to drop the car they denied that it’s not booked and she had to show the email of booking which was indicating that the loan car is booked. But later they told us to book 3 weeks prior to service to get a loan car which I can’t see anywhere written. If a loan car was not available while booking then I used to get calls, if I want to change the booking but this time no such calls received.
