I had a fairly good experience with Southside. As far as the 15,000 log book service on my car went, I cannot fault their work. Everything feels like new again! The only negative was that the Mitsu Services guys were handling VW as well (Saturday) and nobody from the VW side prepared anything for my appointment.... I wasn’t even in their computer system. I began to feel like it wasn’t going to happen. But credit to the Mits Service advisor (male), when he saw my confirmation email, he just got on with it and told me when I could pick it up. However as I was “slotted” in at last minute as it were, the job on the car wash was obviously rushed and the vac inside didn’t happen.
