When I arrived to check in my car the service guy had no record of my booking. After searching through the system he eventually found me five minutes later. So wasn't officially booked in for the day, but he said he can fit me in anyway but the car would not be ready until later on that afternoon. I gave the guy my mobile number to text me when the car was ready for me. Never received any call, I just turned up at about 4 pm that afternoon and collected the car it was parked outside as they do when cars are ready for collection.
