Uncomplicated and straightforward, the gentleman I dealt with was up front and honest. I knew that my battery was not quite up to scratch and that it may need replacing. Following the series of checks made it was identified as having a low crank voltage and therefore on its way out. Rapid Tune Ferntree Gully were honest about this being the only issue with my car. As mentioned I was aware that the battery, now over 4 years old, having let me down on one occasion when the car wasn't used for a week or thereabouts, was likely to need replacing and Rapid Tune were able to provide the appropriate battery immediately, and the battery came with a three year warranty, which is longer than most warranties for car batteries.
