The mechanics Damian & Michael sent videos of my car on the lift, showing me what needed replacement, what could wait a bit longer & why while they were doing a major service. After they replaced the rotors & tyres, they sent another video showing them. Michael was patient with my questions & even showed me my old tyres when I arrived to pickup my car.
