My actual experience was great! I had Patty deal with most of the customer service part of the day and I couldn’t be more impressed with a more informed, enthusiastic and bubbly character. The gentlemen who worked on my car did a great job and haven’t had an issue since, and it only took a few hours for a general service. They were open to your schedule and were prepared to do their own analysis and time appreciation to get your vehicle serviced as quickly and convenient to you as possible. Recommendations were provided which included risks and considerations without you having to feel like you had to say yes. My car was clean as it was when I dropped it off meaning I know they definitely cleaned up after themselves which is a welcoming relief from past experiences at other mechanics.
