I hate getting my car serviced as I never have a day when I don't need my car for work. I went online and saw Romano's and placed a booking. I was called the next day first thing in the morning to confirm the day. The people I spoke to were very friendly and kind. On the day before my service I received a reminder which is excellent for me as I always forget things. The day of my car service Romano's turned up exactly on time and the mechanic (I wish I remembered his name sorry) introduced himself and talked me through what was going to happen and how long it would take. He was very nice and did a brilliant job. When the job was completed he gave me a quick run through and said he would email through the report. The report arrived two days later and was very detailed. I am very happy with the job and will be a regular client from now on.
