They changed one windscreen wiper(the metal part, not the rubber) so now i have 1 new one and 1 old one. Maybe it broke whe they were changing the wipers but i wasnt told. Also, a complimentary car clean would have been nice considering they had my car al day. ... view more

Hi Elizabeth thank you for taking the time to review our business. Both of your complete wiper assemblies on the front windscreen were replaced with new ones. This includes the full metal blade holder and also includes new silicon rubber blades. Nothing was broken during this procedure. If there is some issue with one of the wipers please contact me and we will replace it free of charge as all our parts are covered by warranty. Due to Brisbane City Council regulations we do not wash cars at all as this comes under different licensing regulations. We are a Tyre and Auto Servicing business not a car detailer. If you would like to come down to the shop I would be happy to provide you with a free complimentary detailing gift pack that you would be able to use to clean your car.
